Programa d’intercanvi

El procés

La convocatòria als programes d’intercanvi és un procés molt competitiu, i els estudiants més preparats obtindran les millors places. Per poder-t’hi presentar cal que compleixis els requisits següents:

  • Bon expedient acadèmic (la nota mitjana és el criteri d’adjudicació principal).
  • Bon domini de la llengua de docència de la universitat en la qual vols estudiar (en moltes places es requereix un nivell mínim).
  • Motivació seriosa i compromís acadèmic ferm.

A més a més, cal preparar-se amb antelació, ja que s’han de fer un munt de contactes i gestions. També és important tenir en compte que les ajudes són limitades i no cobreixen les despeses derivades de la mobilitat i altres, que són a càrrec de l’estudiant.

Quins beneficis aporten?

Els programes d’intercanvi aporten diversos beneficis:

  • Són una experiència de creixement personal.
  • Adquireixes nous coneixements que et permeten diversificar i ampliar el teu currículum.
  • Milloren les teves competències i et preparen per fer front a nous reptes i per adaptar-te als canvis.
  • Permeten desenvolupar habilitats necessàries per conviure i treballar amb persones de diferents cultures.
  • Permeten perfeccionar els idiomes.
  • Guanyes maduresa com a persona i com a professional.

L’èxit dels programes d’intercanvi en xifres

  • El 90 % dels estudiants que han participat en un programa d’intercanvi estan molt satisfets amb l’experiència.
  • El 73 % dels professors opinen que els estudiants que han viscut aquesta experiència tenen una millor formació acadèmica.
  • Amb un programa d’intercanvi tens un 54 % més de possibilitats de trobar feina que algú que no l’ha fet.
  • Un 72 % dels graduats amb experiències de mobilitat internacional consideren adequat el seu treball actual, i el seu índex de satisfacció és més alt que el de la mitjana.
  • Les empreses i institucions consideren que els graduats amb una experiència d’intercanvi estan més preparats per assumir responsabilitats i aconsegueixen millors salaris.

Erasmus+ Pràctiques

Si estàs al tercer curs i vols adquirir experiència professional en un entorn internacional, ampliar opcions per al teu desenvolupament professional, conèixer altres formes de treballar i altres cultures, perfeccionar el teu nivell d’idiomes i millorar les teves habilitats de relació i comunicació, tens el perfil idoni per fer una estada en pràctiques mitjançant el programa d’Erasmus+ Pràctiques.

Gràcies a aquest programa, finançat per la Unió Europea, els estudiants universitaris poden fer estades de pràctiques en empreses o institucions d’altres països europeus. Les estades, que poden obtenir finançament per a un màxim de 3 mesos, hauran de ser autoritzades i supervisades per ESCI-UPF com qualsevol altre conveni de pràctiques.

Es poden fer les pràctiques en qualsevol dels estats membre de la Unió Europea (tret d’Espanya), els països de l’AELC i de l’EEE (Islàndia, Liechtenstein i Noruega), a més de Croàcia o Turquia, i en qualsevol empresa elegible segons la normativa Erasmus+ (s’entén per empresa qualsevol entitat que desenvolupi una activitat econòmica en el sector públic o privat, independentment de les seves dimensions, del règim jurídic o del sector econòmic en què operi, inclosa l’economia social).

No són elegibles ni les institucions europees (com la Comissió Europea o el Parlament Europeu) ni les organitzacions encarregades de gestionar programes de la UE (per evitar conflictes d’interès o de finançament dual) ni les representacions diplomàtiques nacionals o els consolats.

La Comissió Europea ha informat que el 2015 Suïssa no participarà com a estat membre al programa Erasmus+ Pràctiques.
