Information and communication technologies
Information and communication technologies are the foundations for building an outward-looking international community rooted in respect, sustainability and multiculturalism.
Information and communication technologies are becoming a key part of both everyday life and educational programmes. At ESCI-UPF we make the most of these resources to boost learning. The ESCI-UPF university community can access our 24-hour online tools to check contents, send and correct work, do exercises, check scorecards and even contact teams in the same class or in groups spanning different areas.
The university community can also access other services linked to the ICT Department, including technical support for solving day-to-day internal problems (eduroam, printing services, use of IT equipment, etc.) and free connection to the internet and the ESCI-UPF intranet.
ESCI-UPF is licensed by Microsoft to use and download its Office 365 software suite, which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
To get started, take the steps you will find within the coordination space of your course and degree in AulaESCI.
At the start of the year you were given a letter containing the credentials to access the web browser

Academic resources
Students have access to the ESCI-UPF intranet (AulaESCI), where all official communications are posted. The AulaESCI section is the place where lecturers and students can interact, post course materials, open forums, take part in debates and engage in teaching and learning activities.
